Syngergy and communication always beats PUG team mixes.
I was a ranger paired up with 2 other rangers and 5 henchies to clear through all fire island missions extremely quick. 2 Barrage Rangers and an Interrupter/Spike Ranger. OTOH as a prot monk I teamed up in a 3 W/Mo, 2 R/x, 2 Mo/x, 1 Me/E team that took forever to complete the missions due to team conflict and inexperience. It didn't help that the 3 wammos were your prototypical mending noobs. |

I Always use mending, cause I get less damage.
And, if a teammate dies, I can take a healing breeze and resurrect him, while I dont get much damage on myself. For the rest, if a good monk is in team wich you can trust I dont need mending, cause the monk is doing his job. I have a monk/warrior with another char too. Its lvl 10 and still in ascalon. The only place I am is ascalon arena and normally when a party has me on team, they survive more then 10 rounds before we get killed one time. Im a predicted healer and they know it. Only Bane Signet I use as an attack to smash down some attacking warrior so my team can finish them of ;-) |

EDIT: Now I get it - Placement swithes, that got me confused. the last three bosses can form time to time be placed in a different order ------ My mistake still doesn't change the fact that my advice stands. |
